The entire purchase must be redeemed at the same time, one can not divide a purchase over several days.

Day ticket:

• Purchased tickets must be used on the chosen date.
• Unused tickets are not refundable.
• If you have chosen a discount, you must show a valid ID or membership card.
• Personal assistants have free entry on presentation of an appropriate valid ID. The person who is being assisted will pay the usual entry price.

Gift Cards:

• Gift certificates can be used for tickets and purchases in the aquarium shop.
• The gift certificate is valid for 1 year and must be used by expiration date.
• One can not use the gift card when buying online.
